HW: Here's a copy of a rumination paper to give you some inspiration.

Thursday
Minutes:
Read HW: Please read Jack London's short story, "To Build a Fire" found here.  
HW: Please note direct comparisons to Into the Wild as well as analyzing how London portrays nature and the wilderness in this story.  Is this similar to Krakuer's depictions of nature and the wilderness in Into the Wild?  I expect to see written work for homework.  Please write a minimum of six sentences.

Friday

Reading HW: Into the Wild Ch. 4-6
HW: Paper due from today until Wed April 29th.

Monday
Minutes:
Reading HW:  Into the Wild Chapter 7-9
HW: What is your Alaska?  Explore your escape if you had the option to abandon your security and go anywhere.  Where would you go?  What would you do?  Who would you be?
